Ciorbă de miel cu lămâie și mărar

Bazată pe o rețetă traditională Românească, această ciorbă este sățioasă dar în același timp ușoara. Mielul, mărarul și lămâia sunt o combinație câștigătoare. Aromele puternice ale ingredientelor sunt plăcut temperate de smântână (sau iaurt de cocos). Yummy!

Ne place această ciorbă atât de mult încât toată lumea mai vrea o porție. De două ori. Unii dintre noi de trei ori.

Ciorba de miel cu lamaie si marar – pregatire
  • 1.curata morcovii, taie-i felii de aprox 7mm0.25in, apoi pune-i în bolul de legume
  • 2.curăță păstărnacul, taie-l în felii mai groase, de 1cm0.4in și aruncă-l lângă morcovi
  • 3.taie mărunt ceapa alba și pune-o în bolul de ceapă
  • 4.taie mărunt mărarul și pune-l într-un alt bol, pentru verdețuri
  • 5.taie ceapa verde feliuțe și pune-o într-un bol separat
  • 6.taie costițele de miel asa încât sa fie 1-2 coaste pe bucata. Presară 2 lingurițe de sare peste carne.
  • 7.folosind o presa de usturoi, zdrobește 2 caței de usturoi peste carne
  • 8.zdrobește și celalalt cățel de usturoi peste smântâna. Optional se poate adaugă la smântâna un gălbenuș de ou.

  • adaugă zeama de lămâie

  • pune 1l de apa la fiert într-un fierbător

  • și litrul de apa fiarta
  • acoperă

  • adaugă mărarul
  • acoperă

  • adaugă ceapa verde
  • pune în smântâna 4 linguri de zeama din ciorba și amesteca bine
  • toarnă smântâna în supă și amestecă putin
  • ciorba este gata.

Ciorba de miel cu lamaie si marar – servire
Pune supă în boluri întâi pentru copii, pentru a se răci putin – începe cu 1 polonic pentru fiecare – apoi, cu spor, 2-3 polonice pentru adulți. Restul ciorbei rămâne în oală, acoperită cu capac, ca să rămână calda pentru doritori. Poftă bună!
