Porc, varză roșie și mere

O masă simplă, ușor de făcut, cu un gust grozav. De obicei gătim această rețetă pentru cină, în timpul săptămânii, când ne dorim ceva special.
Scorțișoara este surpriza rețetei, dându-i un aer de desert.

Porc cu varza rosie si mere – pregatire
  • 1.pune 1l34fl.oz apă la fiert
  • 2.feliaza varza roșie pune-o în bolul desemnat.
  • 3.taie merele în 5 si curățe de semințe, după care taie fiecare sfert in două. Pune totul in bolul pentru mere.
  • 4.curăță si taie ceapa felii, după care pune-o în bol.
  • 5.sărează carnea (1 lingurită) și presară chimionul macinat peste ea.
  • 6.curăța usturoiul și zdrobește-l peste carne (folosind presa de usturoi).

  • adaugă 1 lingură de ulei de cocos (sau alt ulei)

  • adaugă un băț de scorțișoară

  • toarnă orezul
  • adaugă 1 lingurița de sare
  • toarna apa fiartă peste orez
  • pune capacul

  • adaugă ceapa

  • stoarce zeama de la 1/2 de lămâie peste carne

  • la chiuvetă, toarnă orezul în strecurătoare și lasă-l acolo să se scurgă

  • pregătește sosul:
  • scoate bățul de scorțișoară din oala cu mere
  • toarnă merele și sosul intr-un blender și amestecă până este cremos

Taie carnea felii de 1.5cm0.6in grosime
În fiecare farfurie, pune 2-3 linguri de varză, două de orez, două de sos mere. Pune carnea peste sos, așa ca în poză.
