Porc wok … în oală de fontă

N-ai wok? Nu-i bai! Iată o rețetă cu arome Asiatice, care se gătește pe foc iute, în oala de fontă.

Se face repede și ne place la nebunie, mai ales la prânz, în weekend. Buuun!

Porc wok in oala de fonta – pregatire
  • 1.taie varza fâșii late de 2cm1in, precum in imagine. Pune-le in bolul de varză.
  • 3.taie ardeii bucățele 2cm1in x 1,5cm0.8in și pune-i in bolul lor.
  • 3.taie ciupercile în 4 și azvârlă-le in bol.
  • 4.pune in bolul dedicat ceapa verde tăiată felii
  • 5.curață portocala, ciopărțește-o bucăți de aproximativ 1,5cm0.8in. Pune rezultatul în bolul pentru portocală, impreună cu 1/2 de limetă
  • 6.pune sosul de stridii în bol
  • 7.taie carnea de porc feliuțe subțirele, de 5mm0.2in grosime, 2-3cm1-1.5in lungime și lățime. Presară sarea peste carne și zvârle-o și pe ea în bolul său.
  • 8.taie usturoiul și gingerul cât de mărunt poți tăia fară să tai din degete. Rezultatul se pune peste carne.

  • adaugă o lingură de ulei de cocos (sau untură)

  • imprăstiatie carnea cu grijă prin oală

  • stoarce sucul de limetă peste carne

Pune în farfurii întâi pentru copii. Se servește fierbinte, sorbind zgomots aromele (altfel frige rău la limbă). E distractiv iar copiii mănancă si legumele în felul acesta!
